1974 年生，十六岁起习武修艺，三十余年间研习传统武术与内养功法，2010 年创办金华市厚德太极武术馆并任教至今，十余年间累计学员数千人。教学中一贯重视"身心并重"，近年把这份修养延伸到琴学上。Born in 1974, Instructor Bao began training at sixteen and has spent more than three decades in traditional martial and internal arts. He founded the Houde Tai Chi Academy in Jinhua in 2010 and has taught there ever since, with thousands of students. Teaching mind and body together has always been his approach — and in recent years he has extended that practice to qin study.
